Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or palm oil industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced with SAP software.
• Strong ability to analyze production and inventory data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Ability to quickly identify issues and develop effective solutions to minimize production delays or stock issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate between different departments and suppliers.
