Requirements:

• Min Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory or foreman role, preferably in oil & gas, manufacturing, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, machinery, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of technicians.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with team members and management.
• Able to work in shift rotation.

Job Description:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs on machinery, pumps, valves, and other mechanical systems.
• Diagnosing issues with equipment and systems, identifying faults, and implementing solutions to ensure functionality.
• Conducting repairs on faulty components, replacing parts, and ensuring equipment is restored to operational status.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to avoid breakdowns and enhance equipment
• Maintaining records of maintenance activities, including repairs made, parts replaced, and dates of service, for future reference.
• Individuals skilled in pump repairing and valve maintenance possess expertise in specific areas: proficient in pump repairing, have in-depth knowledge of various types of pumps, understanding their components, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Skilled in the inspection, repair, and replacement of valves. Understand different valve types, their functions, and are capable of ensuring that valves operate correctly to regulate flow within systems.
